Need to thanks Mike and the staff at Publix this morning. We were on our way back to Mississippi and wanted a few item that you can only get at Publix. Mike and his staff took great care of us. They are awesome! !!! Publix please come to Mississippi! !!!
We just left the store and had the most wonderful experience! My friend and I not only bought groceries for our condo for the week but also our baseball team and their families. We had a special request for the butcher and they took care of it for us. At the checkout we had a wonderful experience and they helped us out to our car. The customer service was top notch!
Let me start this by saying that I am in my local Publix (Gulf Shores Alabama) usually everyday or every other day. It is by far my favorite store! I am however very disappointed in them at the moment. I have now had to throw away two separate things of Publix brand raw chicken due to it smelling like seafood. The odor was so strong that as soon as I opened the package it smelled up my entire kitchen!! I am not sure if the meat is being packaged near the seafood or what it may be. Most ill mannered and rudest Bakery Staff in any Publix I have ever been in. Was in there last night and even the manager (Michelle) was short and rude when I asked for help. If this is what they call customer service then I will shop somewhere else even if i have to pay higher prices. I was told they had the best cake decorator around but after her sarcastic attitude last night I will never order a cake from there. And maybe Publix should implement a cell phone policy since they were more interested in texting then helping ... read more
I love my Local Publix, they are always so friendly an go out of their way to help with anything you need....and the store is so very clean..I have never been in a cleaner public restroom and it always smells wonderful...
