WORST DELI EVER! Screw up EVERY online order. Every week for OVER A YEAR!
RecommendedAbsolute friendliness is abound in their employees, always helpful. Clean 🧼 store, clean restroom 🚽, every time I’ve visited. They have cashiers actually at more than one ☝️ or two checkouts. Preference is too shop Publix, oooh and please bring a Publix to Long Beach, Mississippi, thank y’all very much 😁
Very nice employees and clean organized store. Appears to be a very busy store hence the location. I went in and picked up a few needed items while they were unloading the truck. Also visited the deli for a foot long ultimate boars head sandwich. Got it to go and it was awesome. if I'm ever in Gulf Shores on vacation I will definitely shop here. Great crew at this location.

Please Please space your cashiers out and ask people in line to stay 6 foot apart during this time. Please!!! Take lessons from target and sports academy. Not just for you customers but for your employees as well Please!!
Shout out to the staff at Publix today. Everyone was courteous, helpful, and smiling which is so refreshing during these uncertain times. It made the pain of a few missing items seem just fine. I walked out feeling grateful. I’ll be back!

Customer service at Publix is always the best but last night Mark at the deli counter went above and beyond. It was almost closing time but he kindly and happily made my husband and me sandwiches and the 2 of them shared some jokes. Before we left he gifted us a beautiful hand carved Alabama state wood decoration. He told us the meaning behind the reclaimed wood and while my husband offered to pay him for it, he refused and just said it was for the jokes. The piece went directly on to our mantle.
