Compliments to your staff, especially Sonya? that was at the courtesy counter on 4/18 at around 4:30 pm. I had forgotten my wallet and she paid for my pet's chicken tender out of her own pocket. THAT is customer service!!! She doesn't know me from Adam. Congrats on having such a valuable member on your staff!! Please, if there's any sort of recognition that you have for your employees, she is more than deserving of it!!!!
I have to share this I left my wallet with multiple gift cards and over 200 in cash in the shopping cart, it was late so I didn't notice until the next day. I called not thinking it would be found. The girl said hold on, came back on the line asked me a few identifying questions and said it was found and to pick it up at the service desk. It was found by an employee and they returned it. I was so grateful and at the same time amazed. Gotta love Publix! Thanks again to all the great crew at Coco Plum!
I like the kindness I get from the people who work there. The store is very clean, and the produce is fantastic...Over all the grocery store in North Port Fl, is the best.
Love the Deli- Lisa makes the best subs and is very pleasant paying attention to specifics that make the sandwich special. Love publix.
I love publix however this past Sunday I purchased a Large Naked Strawberry Banana Smoothie. I started drinking it this morning and upon my tongue starting to tingle I checked the expiration date. It expired over 3 months ago!! I bought it on 2/12/17 and the expiration date reads 11/02/16. Who ever is in charge of checking for expired products at this location clearly overlooked this area of the store.
I love this Publix, the staff is so friendly everything is always clean I wish there was more parking but that means it's a great Publix. I love calling the deli and they always get our order correct.
I love this store. The employees are beyond kind and live up to the standard of "Where shopping is a pleasure". The prices are higher but so is the quality of the merchandise. I am a single mom with 2 small children and I follow the ads and I'm able to afford quite a bit doing that. Their produce is the highest quality with is very important to me and the Publix brand items are quality as well. The staff are so helpful.
