We brought a prime home for Christmas dinner and a few days in the fridge and it went bad. Called public and they told us they would replace it. Thank you publix.
Usually love publix. Ordered a sub online. Went in and did some shopping. Kept checking to see if it was ready. Never saw it. Nearly an hour later I talked to a young gentleman there and he informed me that the store was out of stock on chicken tenders. Not his fault by any means. But when he said he was sure someone called me. I told him I never received a call as my cell phone was in my hand. He said well they should have. Yes they should. Because I could have been in and out in 10 minutes.
Sweetest, nicest people around for staff and a great selection in meats, seafood and organic produce!
Went in to simply cash a small check for work mileage which is a payroll check. I was told by someone it couldnt be cashed although iv cashed before. Very rude and misinformed associate. I went in on 7/6/16 at 9:30am...horrible experience
The subs are fantastic and the fruit is always sweet.
This store has gone downhill on public service, Deli worker has severe attitude issues and is extremely rude. Will be taking our business back to Winn Dixie. Thanks managers for ignoring us as well when we asked to speak to one. 15 minutes and no contact. Not sure how the staff gets trained these days, but customer service goes a long way.
A nice store but at times they are out of things and not enough help to bag groceries. For the price I would expect a little more
