Their bakery is pathetic. For Publix, we expected so much better.
This is the worst Publix I've been to in my life. The store seriously needs new employees in the Deli at the very least. New management would probably be best. I've made numerous complaints and every time I go into the store it's the same situation.
Moving from New England, and being spoiled with Whole Foods and an organic Farmers market all summer, Publix is a pretty good store. Also plant based vegan. They have plenty of vegan options, but certainly lacking in the organic fruit and produce department. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Upgrade the organic produce and it would be 5 stars!
There is a magical sandwich worker named Karlton there. And I’ll tell you right now, publix does not deserve him. Hands down the best two sandwiches we have ever had. I’m still emotional about it. And he’s super nice and personable.
I despise their pharmacy. Every time i go in there it is a hassle. It always takes my DR over 3 times calling scripts in then they say they will call when ready but NEVER do. I just had all my scripts transferred to saint Marys CVS. Best move ever!!!!!
Customer service in the deli is awful. I hadn't been to the deli in awhile and today I was reminded why. I go up to the counter and I'm the only customer there and there's several employees behind the counter doing stuff. I know they saw me standing there for 5 minutes and not one person acknowledged me. I didn't even get a "I'll be with you in a minute." Other than the deli, I love shopping at this store.
I grew up with Publix in FL and I am disappointed with the subs at this location. The bread is always hard. I LOVE Publix subs, but havent been as interested due to the bread issue. Seriously, it was hard to eat.
