I have alaways liked Publix I believe they give great customer service and their meat department is excellent. But I was complete grossed out with their bottle water quality. I bought two cases last week of the Publix Spring Water and my children and I have been drinking out of them and today I took a bottle and on the inside there was some sort of animal in it. Stopped in tonight to buy their publix salsa cream cheese. And found 18 containers that expired 3 months ago , brought them to managers attention she apologized and that was that , later on I witnessed 3 employees at customer service opening them and looking how rotten they are and talking about how some one could have gotten samenella poisoned , not VERRY appropriate !
