You're Customer Service is NOT listening! Stopped their twice with the same request. Never bothered to respond and the MGR was not in the store.
I wish this would allow me to upload a picture, however when I made dinner tonight, the styrofoam the beef was wrapped in was written on in pen and appeared to be the butcher's inventory list. Gross.
These people are the best of the best! I have always had great customer service here, not once have I ever been let down. I wish I knew everyone’s names because everyone is great. I especially love the blond lady who cooks and gives the sample meals, she is so friendly and the the young woman who works in the bakery that gives my children cookies. Attempted to place a large catering order for a holiday party with the deli department. We requested that the type of bread they use for the finger sandwiches be changed to Hawaiian Rolls instead of the Italian Bread. Deli Manager stated that there could be no substitutions for the bread type as it would change their recipes. (Not even sure what that means). Additionally offered to pay extra if that was the issue.
