Publix in Lee Co from now on. I cannot with the Albany Ga location. Horrible customer service and quality. They seem to have a major problem with customers using WIC just rude overall. Never have what you need in stock. Just a horrible experience overall. NEVER AGAIN! I live down the street from the store and I would rather go out my way to shop
I would like to publicly thank the young lady (Toni) that works in your bakery, she literally SAVED my wedding!!!
Really disappointed. Paid 51.99 for a baptismal cake and it looked like my daughter did it (she's 7) I could have saved that money and just made the cake myself. I'm really upset. I will not be wasting money at the bakery again.
I ask employee if publix accept WIC he said i don't know so we walk around and find a wic sign. Then cashier and manager on duty are very rude cause we are using WIC check. Even the system accepted the product as wic items they void it and refused to sell it and say it loudly No I will not sell you these item it's a system error then make a comment this is getting on my nerves. other customers are saying just pay for it with your money so you can get out of our way.
