Publix at Albany Square is doing a fantastic job on finding excellent products and keeping them available. The Store is clean, smells nice and is always presentable. The one thing I believe Publix at Albany Square should do is require masks for admittance. Unfortunately a substantial number of shoppers are not doing their part to protect them selves and Publix by wearing masks. It has always been my favorite store until now. There are those who ignore the arrows and do not wear gloves or masks. The are all up on you in the aisles. They will group together laugh and cutting up like nothing is going on . The same ones with out protective wear. If you have to hire a cop as a security guard to make sure the rules are followed. Or like Walmart grocery stores only let so many in at the time. I think it is Publix responsibility to set the rules and make sure they are obeyed. Publix isn’t doing that.
in the last month I've seen such a change in this store for the better. Employees now seem to be much more cheerful ready to help and eager to make sure you're satisfied.

I wanted to thank your store employee, Johnny! He is so friendly and helpful! My husband went to get Carnival Grapes. He asked Mr. Johnny if they had anymore, and Johnny stopped what he was doing and went and got some OFF A TRUCK in the back! He really went above and beyond to help. We are so thankful!
