You have the ABSOLUTE worst deli employees I ever encountered, with the exception of Aaron. He is the ONLY person in the deli that actually works and does a great job. He deserves a promotion. The other females are have zero sense of urgency when tending to their customers and don't seem to care. I frequent Publix multiple times a week and dread going to the deli unless Aaron is there. Management-please take note of this.
I love Publix but after today's service with the deli, I may recant that statement. I completely understand that people steal orders from the online orders, but I don't deserve the nonchalant response from the workers. " It happens all the time." My stomach and I don't care that it happens all the time. What happened to showing empathy or at least try to resolve the issue. It may be because I'm HANGRY, but my empty stomach is disappointed in Publix.
