Dried out chicken wings for dinner. What a dissapointment.
I waited for 5 minutes at the publix deli trying to get chicken tenders. The person behind the counter making chicken totally ignored me calling out to her twice asking for help. Not able to buy chicken. Publix- check the video tape. See how long I waited before leaving in frustration. I hope this had nothing to do with the color of my skin?
Made an online order. Show up 30 minutes later to the deli without order made. Patiently watched the staff joke and chat with each other for 10-15 minutes. No one in line. Finally I asked what the eta was and none of the staff seemed to want to look up or at me assuming if they don’t make eye contact then they must not have to do their job. I don't care if this store is 2 minutes away from my house, I would never shop here again. Shopping is definitely not a pleasure! Peeled and de veined shrimp had shells last week. Yuk. Poor choices of meat, no milk on the shelves, and absolutely no brand name water 24 packs, only Publix brand. Had to ask twice and wait 20 minutes for Aquafina.
The people working in the deli were the slowest I've ever seen. They tell you " I'll be with you in a minute " and then they start doing something else . It started the night before when I waited there at least 15 minutes and not one person asked me what I wanted and I walked out.
Katy at the bakery is the best!! For every special occasion I've called Katy and she's taken my order over the phone where I've explained what I want and she always exceeds my expectations. It's always a pleasure to speak to her and have her be a part of our celebrations through her cake making. Definitely recommend her to everyone I know! Thank you Katy!!!
They're subs are the best, sorry Subway! Order online p/u in15 minutes! Foot long for $6 and change, can't beat it! Tonight I ordered the cod plate with fries and Mac and cheese.. they have the best fries I've ever had and I'm not young, lol! I can't post a pic here, I'll do that on my page. I can't believe how good it is for $4.99! Then you Publix!
