Been with Publix storage for 8 years hassle-free! Robin is quite accommodating her!
This has been the easiest place to understand. This location had great employees with great customer service. Robin has been amazing she is easy to talk to and she remembers you not by your unit number but by your name which makes it feel better and safer. If it were up to me she needs a raise she is always there and she has a smile on her face and is willing to help explain anything you don't understand about there policies. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff! The area is very clean and well maintained.
Robin and the rest of the staff there are amazing. Robin specifically is very kind and always easy to approach about any of the needs I find myself having. Definitely a great place to store your things!
