Pharmacy has improved in the last few months. I had been extremely frustrated by the same complaints in the reviews. I appreciate the efforts that have been made to improve my local Pharmacy!
Poor communication. If they submit your prescription and your insurance denies it, they do not call or send ANY notification advising. They just let it sit there. No online status update, no email, no call, no NOTHING. Publix grocery store has a good reputation, but this pharmacy is ruining it. I will most likely be going back to Walgreens.
Do not trust these people with your health. Full stop. Could not be bothered to answer their phone for 3 consecutive days, over a total of 68 calls. When I was finally able to get though and get my prescription info, I asked to speak to the manager to let them know no one was answering the phones over the week. Her reply was "is there something I can do for you, sir." And it sounded even ruder than it reads. Then, when I went to pick up my prescriptions 7 hours later they still weren't ready, despite being in-store.
This was once a very nice pharmacy! I tried renewing my prescription online because going into the pharmacy takes such a long time (with long lines and wait time). 3 days had passed and I didn't receive a text stating my prescription were ready. I called (this is an ordeal in itself...never know who/what attitude will answer, IF THEY ANSWER!!!)...after 15 rings, no answer.
