This has got to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to! This is now the second time in a row where it’s been over 24 hours in a simple medication has not been filled. Not even able to get accurate information on turnaround times and when things will be done. I left and even came back later and it still wasn’t ready. This is a disgrace and they couldn’t even tell me how long in between I should take my dosage of medicine. Are you even an actual pharmacist?
I’m very disappointed with my purchase. I bought 12 helium balloons for $20, and they are not floating properly at all. Most of them are either lying on the floor or barely staying at floor level instead of floating in the air. It’s been only about 5–7 hours, and the balloons are already almost deflated.
Lady at pharmacy was rude and not helpful.
While the Publix store is great, their Pharmacy has to be the worst. I don’t get many prescriptions, however when I do need something called in I have always used The Winter Springs Publix. Let me say that I have never once been able to pick up my prescription same day and my most recent experience was no exception. I was advised by the pharmacy to come in the next day anytime after 1PM and the prescription would be waiting on me. i am here at pharmacy waiting to get flushot and gentleman name Joye refused to take our flu shot and said not able in last 15 min. we were here before that and wait for them other that not understand why this rules apply since never heard and there is no simpathy for people come all the way to get this service.
