I have always had great customer service with Publix and have purchased our cakes from there on numerous occasions, always with no issues. Today I was checking out with my 7 year old daughter Ryleigh when Amanda Shillings, the manager offered to go retrieve my sandwiches as I was telling our cashier, Giana I needed to go grab them while she was ringing up my items. After Amanda returned she asked Ryleigh if she would like to check out the groceries for us. Ryleigh was so excited. She with Giana's kind and patient assistance rang up most of our items.
