Very unpleasant experience with deli platter order. Customer service terrible. Picked up my platter order, no veggies on sandwich when brought to their attention. The customer rep. grabbed the platter walked off and said nothing. I asked the other customer service person where did he go, he said back to deli. When he came back he they had opened all the sandwiches snd shoved the veggies in them. It looked like the platter had fallen. He rang my order up to send me on my way. Very poor customer service. Especially coming from the taller lady with the two tone hair that is usually behind the computer all the time, never assisting customers at the counter. Worst Publix pharmacy within the Alachua county/ Marion county area. I waited in line today and nobody acknowledged my presence for 5 minutes. The two toned hair lady just stared at me. I don’t understand the bad reviews. The pharmacy is by far better than Walgreens, which get their meds from Orlando delaying refills.
Chizu who’s been working there since 2014 told me they wouldn’t fill my prescription and when I asked if they had it in stock he told me that they wouldn’t fill my prescription. I asked again if they had it in stock and he told me they were saving it for the local people. We had been looking to fill this prescription since 9AM this morning (it is currently 5pm). After talking to the pharmacist herself he just shook his head and laughed at me. Awful costumer service. Even the girl before me was upset with them.
Pharmacy is awful, they don’t manage their time well which causes the customers failure. They never have a medication in on time.
