Just called to inquire about a medication and the employee acted like it was an imposition to help me. Barely said goodbye. And the tall lady with long brown hair -- so rude! I only go there if I absolutely have to! Where is Sally? She was the best!
Never enough staffing, never ready on time, we have used Publix pharmacy (different location) for 20+ years and this location may be the reason we go elsewhere. It’s truly awful
The pharmacy tech by the name of "Sincere" or Jean (the register was logged in as Jean) is THE worst. Literally heard me ask him a question and refused to respond. I asked him whether or not he was planning on answering me and he said he didn't hear me, even though I said the same question twice at the same volume.
