Never enough staffing, never ready on time, we have used Publix pharmacy (different location) for 20+ years and this location may be the reason we go elsewhere. It’s truly awful

The pharmacy tech by the name of "Sincere" or Jean (the register was logged in as Jean) is THE worst. Literally heard me ask him a question and refused to respond. I asked him whether or not he was planning on answering me and he said he didn't hear me, even though I said the same question twice at the same volume. I called before closing and the staff hung up on me twice instead of answering the phone during business hours. You don’t lock the doors of the store 5 minutes before closing to keep people out. People need their medication. Do your job.
