Always ready to help, and very polite.
I have been using this specific pharmacy for five years or so and it used to be wonderful. The past two interactions I have had there have been incredibly unpleasant and the person “helping” was very rude. In 34 years as a Publix customer, it has ALWAYS been a pleasure. That is sadly no longer the case. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP.
Complete chaos and never ready on time - I got a text that’s say my script is ready and then they pretend your nuts and they never texted you because it’s not ready… time to wait 30 min, but believe it or not you have responsibilities and can’t delay your day for their convenience. They think no one is busy but them. Not looking for anything special.. just the basics.. basic service would be nice.
Everyone goes above and beyond to help.
