They run their mouths too much! Treat customers bad! I don’t have all afternoon to get three medications filled. SMDH!
This Publix Pharmacy is perhaps the worst pharmacy i have ever encountered!!!! Staff has been rude on several occasions. Publix was referred by Medicare Plan D Wellscripts Value WellCare as being the cheapest to get prescriptions and that is the ONLY reason why i continued to use. Their staff should keep in mind that we buy and we are the clients whom make their jobs available!!! Customer service should always be their Staff’s first value!!!!!! Most unhappy, unhelpful people I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. Done with them.
They told me 1 hour wait for the prescription, Got there and they said 30 more minute. 45 minutes later they gave me the prescription.
