I moved recently and transferred my prescriptions here. I have always had good service and the pharmacists and techs are helpful and knowledgeable
I have been coming to Publix Pharmacy for some years now. I think it is the pharmacist, Alice, that made me decide to stay for so long. She is professional but also very down to earth and helpful. She came from behind the pharmacy counter to help me on the floor one time. She is kind. There is a male pharmacist there who is also a gem. But I don’t know his name. He is so kind and professional. Also, I get to see all of the other wonderful store employees like Cookie and Ellen. This is my pharmacy. I love it. I love Publix.
We too have had a terrible experience with rudeness by the pharmacist. I don’t know what happened to compassion in customer service.
I'm getting really sick of pharmacists treating people with ADHD like drug addicts. I understand the laws. I actually read them - did you? You consistently fill my medication early without me asking for it but the one and only time I asked for it a day early due to a convenience issue you can't do it because it's a controlled substance? Ok well what about the other previous 6 months where you filled it a day or even 2 days early just because my doctors office happened to call it in early?
