WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! Actually went to the store & place the order for a Birthday cake to employee name Eshunti. It was supposed to be pickup today & guess what they did not even make the cake. An employee on duty looked for 20+ minutes & told me that it wasn’t even made. You ruined a birthday party for my son!! If you can’t design & design you shouldn’t even take the order at first place. Excelllent customer service!! I have felt that they care about my family or me every time we have been there, to the point that we moved our prescriptions to be sent to them. I usually don’t write reviews but I think they deserved a good one.
By far, this Publix pharmacy beats any pharmacy out there. One pharmacist in particular has been a life saver for me. Until you have been down the road I have been, you are afraid of judgement. This pharmacist never judged me and has been very supportive of me. I will never go anywhere else.
Just had THE hardest time confirming coverage on my insurance policy to get the COVID vaccine because of a DOB discrepancy...
