As someone who has worked for previous pharmacy the pharmacy techs have a lot to be desired. The saving grace was the pharmacist who was so kind to fill my wife prescription after another store was out of the med. Upon arrival I was greeted by a short (in stature and in attitude) woman who asked me for the details which I provided. The absolute WORSE pharmacy ever! No communication on refills, have to call to get your refills and then not ready when promised, no leniency with carryover meds for travel (and yes CVS and the majors will do that). Some of the staff is rude and acts like you’re bothering them-especially over the phone. No more - my wife is moving to CVS. Had the same problems with Publix on the west coast of FL and we switched there too. Poor staff training.
I really used to like this pharmacy a lot. The last few months I have had trouble filling prescriptions. They will only fill one day early( God forbid you are going away. SOOL) Maybe with an itinerary or plane tickets you "may" be able to get earlier) The one day is their rule. There is a 28 day state rule. (?FYI)
