I have had nothing but issues since I started using this pharmacy. The only reason I stay with them is they carry my pet prescriptions. However, the last time I picked up my pet’s prescription, they gave me a human’s prescription. I went back to the pharmacy and didn’t even get an apology. I’ve been trying for weeks to get them to order a med they don’t have in the store - why didn’t they order it without my numerous calls? The woman that works there amazing but no one else there wants to do the job ! I can’t get ahold of anyone at all. They give me wrong thing. They do not tell you what medicine they are giving you & they will not let you talk to any pharmacist without waiting over an hour or driving there.
Rude woman at the drive thru was condescending and hateful. Rolled her eyes. Stated they were closing in 10 minutes and wouldn't even look up my Rx for a very painful, ER visit situation. Nor would she ask the pharmacist if it could be filled as it was an easy Rx. Had she explained a legit policy, I would have understood but she was extremely rude when I asked a follow up question. Will never return nor recommend this pharmacy. From the looks of the reviews, corporate needs to do something.
