Went to this pharmacy to pick up my children’s medicine and Brittany I believe is her name. (My receipt says, cashiers name is Brittany). She’s the white girl that works the drive thru and front counter. As a new patient I was told if I complained about my prescription not being ready when I was told it would be I could take my business elsewhere
PAULA, Who works at the pharmacy is a very rude. About three weeks I went through the drive-through and press the button on the outside because nobody was there and I did not see anyone. Paula comes to the window and says "You don't have to push the button all you have to do is just give me time to come". Josh is the common sense man in the pharmacy. If u want it done right talk to him. Them ole gals in there don't kmow what great customer service is about. Just call 10 mins ago and that gal asking me questions that as a tech should already know. Simple I asked her to give all medicines on file at the cost of zero... u know what she i have to go down the list. The list if its ready for pick should have the amount.
