This happened a while ago (2-3 months ago), but I came in to pick up my prescription. It was an antidepressant and it is highly recommended not to skip a dose on those. Anyways, I went to the pharmacy and they had told me I had already picked it up? Publix pharmacies have never done me wrong, and this one is my absolute favorite! Started going here bc they had the cheapest generic prices when I was paying cash, but even though my insurance pays now, they're still my favorite. They've never made a single mistake (even when I made mistakes on my end with dropping off late or other inconveniences for them) in my years of going here monthly for meds and vaccines, and the workers are all so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.
