I’ve been a customer for years. They are great and caring.
Absolutely the worst customer service and inaccuracies I've ever encountered with a pharmacy. Not only has this pharmacy made several errors with my prescriptions, they have been dishonest and indignant about it. When I expressed they never apologetic about their errors I got the biggest cop out of "I am sorry you feel that way" which is still not an apology. Absolutely horrible. My pharmacy got affected by the hurricane. Genoa pharmacy in fort myers. This Publix is telling me that they won't refill my prescription because they have to care for their patients first. When I've been out of my meds for a week and a half. And I had no control over my pharmacy getting affected by the hurricane. Horrible customer service. Denying people medication.
this is to the pharmacy I had a prescription for a schedule 2 drug had the doctor send the prescription over and called and gave my insurance information, this was around 2pm, by 4:15 I get a call from the head pharmacist calling me telling me she won't fill the prescription due to the nature of the medication, in the same sentence she went on to say that she doesn't fill these meds, but only for some people! so basically you pick and choose whos prescription you'll fill, because what your telling me isn't making sense..the ... read more
