I love this Publix. The folks there are so nice.
Very disappointed today in them, says prescription was ready went all the way down there from labelle and says they open at 9 am, alot of us were there to pick up our meds and not open it was 930 am, the manager says oh there was a problem with one employee with his car, so they only have 1 person that can open the pharmacy? This should be uncalled for, people need their meds, will be looking for a new pharmacy, sad cause I been with them for years now but if they can't be available for their customers
This pharmacy will never answer your call. They won't call you to let you know your prescription is ready, absolutely sucks!!!!
I really don't get all the complaints. I've been using this particular Publix Pharmacy for over a year and haven't had any problems. They're always friendly and polite and professional.
