This is not like other PUBLIX's....theres no love,no care at this location. Staff is hardened, Manager followed me around store as if I was a thief, mind you I fill my prescriptions here. 0 Stars.....PUBLIX is one of my favorite stores because of the treatment,not this place....I have 2 nephews who currently work for other PUBLIX stores and My mother was an ex bakery manager for 10+years at another location. Thumbs down, GARBAGE. The red headed pharmacist guy is cold and dry.
Worst customer service by phone on the pharmacy area. I called to ask about a compounding option for my son’s medication and this lady just told me “call to your doctor to find another option”… she didnt answer my question just send me with the doctor… so if you are looking for a compounding medication option. Dont waste your time with this place.
I've had a good experience in person, but the techs are curt and kind of rude on the phone. I get that they might be busy assisting other customers, but you can just tell me that; I can wait a little longer! There's no need to be so unkind when I'm just trying to get some help.
