Don't go to Publix if you want good customer service that almost doesn't exist there. Somebody said it best in the comments. No love, no care. Went to the Deli.. Employees in that department needs to be replaced with people who have a certain degree of education and professionalism. It was emplty but as per usual they treat you like you don't matter and just let you wait, without acknowledging the fact that you are even there. 4/7/26 - 4:38pm. Mia is not very nice. I have always had a pleasant experience at this Publix pharmacy but Mia was very dismissive and seemed to be bothered at the fact she was doing her job. If you don’t want to be in a customer facing job, then don’t. There is no reason to act that way.
