Had a critical prescription that needed to be filled that day. Went to Walgreens and they rudely said it couldn’t be done. Went to Publix and explained the situation; he had the script filled in 20 minutes. I don’t know his name but thank you for what you did. My prescriptions will be going to Publix from now on. Thank you

I don’t think I’d even come back to this Publix for groceries, let alone the pharmacy. This is now the fourth time I’ve had an issue with my prescription here, and both times it was something the Publix literally two miles down the road would’ve handled with ease. Marc the manager has no empathy or compassion for people. He is extremely rude and treated my wife terribly. Can’t figure out how he could be the manager of this location or any store for that matter. We have been shopping at this Publixs for over ten years and everyone there has been extremely professional and so willing to help you.
