Marc is very kind and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Marc even assisted me with a prescription saver coupon for my pet's medication.
The staff at this pharmacy are always so kind and so helpful. Every single time I’ve been here I have had an amazing experience. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile, and never feel like I’m a bother. They are always super busy but never make you feel like an inconvenience. I’d recommend this pharmacy to anyone, solely because of the staff. They all deserve a raise!
Cashier SHELDA IS THE WORST, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! DOES NOT BELONG BEHIND THE REGISTER!
They are rude and short you on meds that are controlled substances multiple times and the manager did nothing when I told him. Unhelpful, uncaring, and are pocketing our meds. I've worked for publix and everything about this pharmacy and their attitude is despicable. I get better customer service at fast food restaurants run by teenagers. Retrain or remove this pharmacy staff because they do not represent publix well at all.
