Horrible customer service. Caucasian male with man-bun caught attitude because my elderly mom just came back for a medicine that was said to be ready at 8 am. When we came at noon he was frustrated saying the system was down and he didn’t know when it would be up. When we come back now they didn’t even search for the medicine they just said it got “lost/stuck” in system and so now they no longer have the medicine and to check the nearest Publix to see if they had it and he adamantly suggested he could not because they might ... read more
Most pharmacies will fill your prescriptions up to two days early, but not this one! It was just sleep medicine, and I changed from another pharmacy because this one was open on weekends. They made me wait till the exact day it was filled the month before and not one day early. I will be going back to Adams. They answer their phone, they will refill up to two days early, and you wait 10 minutes at the longest. This is the second Publix pharmacy I have had problems with.
