Our family used to get prescriptions filled at the 23rd Street store (which is still wonderful!), but followed Cassie to Sweet Bay. She’s one of a kind. She’s patiently answered all of our questions, made helpful recommendations, and has a team who’s always working hard. We so appreciate the Sweet Bay pharmacy team!

The Pharmacist, Cassie, is the absolute best! Great communication, professional, knowledgeable and was empathetic when I had questions surrounding a sensitive medical issue.

I had a frustrating experience at the Publix pharmacy. I was told by the pharmacist, Cassie, that she called me in the morning and had to put my prepaid medication back because I did not answer. However, my phone records show the only call was made in the afternoon at 2:23 PM, and no voicemail was left. Clear and accurate communication is extremely important when patients are trying to obtain medication. This experience did not reflect the level of service I typically expect from Publix.
