These people are incredibly incompetent. Takes extremely long to fill prescriptions. Staff is rude.
There is always confusion about medications being ready - each time. You can’t pay on the app because even though they tell you it is ready, they keep it in progress unless you call them and finally say “pick up after so and so”. You shouldn’t have to call them to remind them when it will be ready when you have requested the refill and clearly have waited days for it to be filled. Without question their Subs are excellent, but their management is absolutely INSULTING...!!! I'm in line right now and there are EIGHT PEOPLE waiting to get a sub and only one person making them... WHILE there are SIX other people working in the DELI area... IGNORING HOW LONG THIS LINE IS...? Their local and Corporate management are a JOKE! I SEE THIS REPEATEDLY AT DIFFERENT STORES...!!! 🙄
