Every visit has been terrible for the last 3 to 4 times I’ve had to get a prescription. It’s always confusion and miscommunication about whether your prescription is ready or not. They will literally direct you to wait on the side and never acknowledge you after that. And I’m still trying to figure out why am I paying for my prescriptions when my insurance covers everything…..I hate this place. Please find another pharmacy to go to.
The mail had pharmacist there is incredibly rude and condescending and he treats people like he’s better than them. He’s not understanding and he’s very put office. He’s a horrible representation of Publix and I wish you would get rid of him. I should not hate going to pick up my prescription because he’s there. No customer service always rude.
These people are incredibly incompetent. Takes extremely long to fill prescriptions. Staff is rude.
There is always confusion about medications being ready - each time. You can’t pay on the app because even though they tell you it is ready, they keep it in progress unless you call them and finally say “pick up after so and so”. You shouldn’t have to call them to remind them when it will be ready when you have requested the refill and clearly have waited days for it to be filled.
