I have to say, the pharmacy at Publix Sugar Hill has consistently provided poor service. Each time I went, I had to remind the staff to charge my prescription to my insurance, otherwise, they would charge me the full price. One of the employees, in particular, seemed uninterested in helping and gave the impression that she didn’t want to be there. I finally decided to switch to the Kroger pharmacy across the street, where the service has been much better. Very disappointed with the customer service at Publix.
