I have a small emotional support dog that rides in her bag and helps with my social and chronic anxiety. She rides in a little carrier bag that I sometimes place in the purse area of the cart. As I was checking out the manager questioned me asking if she was a service animal. I calmly replied yes . The deli guy (who was very nice) said he wasn't able to press our subs with honey butter. We don't like the subs without it, but he already made them so I couldn't change the order. All of the Publix locations near my residence are able accommodate the request to press subs using honey butter, so it was disappointing to be told otherwise at a different location.
