Staff is very helpful, flexible with my ever-changing schedule for pick up of my prescriptions. No hassle, especially when it comes to transferring all my meds from another location/county. All of the staff is very patient, always eager to help anyone regardless of the situation. Thank you!
I didn't use the pharmacy but the grocery store is one of the worst I have ever shopped at. The customer service is terrible. I have given them multible chances and they just don't care. I am a native Floridian I always thought that they were the best grocery store around with extraordinary customer service but this store needs help. It's not clean and doesn't have enough cashiers along with bad customer service. They have lost my business along with anyone else I know.
I am very disappointed with the pharmacy team at this Southgate location. My prescription was approved and filled all of last year, yet this year I was told it couldn't be processed due to a missing code.
