I didn't use the pharmacy but the grocery store is one of the worst I have ever shopped at. The customer service is terrible. I have given them multible chances and they just don't care. I am a native Floridian I always thought that they were the best grocery store around with extraordinary customer service but this store needs help. It's not clean and doesn't have enough cashiers along with bad customer service. They have lost my business along with anyone else I know.
I am very disappointed with the pharmacy team at this Southgate location. My prescription was approved and filled all of last year, yet this year I was told it couldn't be processed due to a missing code.
Update : 5/2025, Zero change. Really long waits, frequently large shortages, your medicine is always "on the truck", check back Tuesday. The staff is inadequate, therefore rightfully short-tempered bordering on rude. Definitely would not recommend UPDATE: 11/2023 RUN. I am honestly scared.
