This pharmacy is a joke. My doctor called in my RX 2 days ago. I stopped by when they opened on my way to work for the day,and they told me it would be after 2 today. No explanation. Nothing. I need my prescription before I go to work. I think they're rude to self pays without insurance bc I notice they're very nice to people with insurance and always seem to have their prescription ready. I felt it necessary to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for my pharmacist at the Publix South Walton pharmacy in Santa Rosa Beach. Her name is Lindsey and as a 68 year old male cancer patient in remission I had inadvertently caused a problem/shortage with two very important medications requiring Lindsey’s assistance. This is the best pharmacy in the area. The pharmacists are always so helpful and the techs are friendly and efficient. They are extremely busy, but I've never had a problem getting my Rx. Thanks for being here.
These guys are fantastic! Quick, kind, and helpful! Exactly what guy would hope for at a local pharmacy with convenience of being located in a retail location. Dustin helped me with several things and was very kind and patient.
