I am VERY disappointed with the pharmacy at this location. I have been getting my RX filled here for years, and as of lately the customer service has gotten horribly worse. What use to be a pleasant experience has caused me to change locations on where I go for my refills. One of the girls there ( a young lady, maybe around her mid 20's) has a HORRIBLE attitude. I usually go to costco, but stopped by to get some sudafed since I happen to be in the store. They acted if customers were bothers to them. The pharmacy staff lacks basic knowledge and professionalism.
I moved far from my prior pharmacy (rhymes with CBS) a while ago but kept going back there out of habit. They were okay but there was a lot of turnover and things were changing, making it almost impossible to reach anyone in the pharmacy. Their automated phone system forced you to leave a message, no other options, then disconnects you before leaving a message. They don’t answer the phone. Get put on hold then the call disconnects.
Some of the pharmacist are pleasant, while others not so much. Some the assistants are quite rude, no communication. It's as if we are a bother to them..
