We understand you are busy as customers believe us! We don’t want to need the pharmacy, but please don’t take it out on the customers who need your help. Being busy is a heck of a lot less of a problem than a person going through a serious medical issue , please try to remember that when you get flustered busy and frustrated .
Terrible customer service. Employees are rude- has happened to me or my family more than once. They act like you should know their internal policies and procedures. Get angry at you for asking questions.. Updating this review— I recently went to this pharmacy (August 2026) and was surprised by the very positive experience. They have really improved guest services or turned over the rude employees. I have to give them props for making a great change.
A few months ago , the Pharmacist was very informative about my husband’s medication and the potential side effects after his hip replacement . As a nurse I was impressed and grateful. thank you
This is so unacceptable twice already I have gone to Publix to get my favorite fried chicken and twice in a row it has been raw
