I now know who and what is the problem with this pharmacy. Her name is Ally. Rude as hell, on the phone and even worse in person. She has no time or patience for anyone. Pray to GOD that she doesn't wait on you. You will need to have your doctor send a new type of prescription to a different pharmacy just to confront her. You'll know what me and others here are saying. I don't need to add more fuel to this miserable employee. What ever happened to friendly smiles, a simple thank you, etc??. We don't go to pharmacies for fun.... read more

I recently changed to Publix Pharmacy from Walmart. The prices are comparable and service is great, EXCEPT for one employee at the Pharmacy. I avoid any contact with her. She's a young lady that is rude and feels she is doing the customer a favor. She is not the typical employee that Publix wants in Customer Service. I'll try to notice her name tag the next time.
