I had the weirdest experience. Two employees including one who I believe is the pharmacist were processing my insurance information incorrectly because they are unfamiliar with basic system codes (like that resident = “1” means the customer’s address is their home address). They continued to arrogantly blame it on me and my insurance, making my insurance company rep personally call the pharmacist and explain how to use their own system. This pharmacy is the best I’ve used in fort Myers over the years. Rarely ever a huge line & the employees are very nice too !
Been using Publix as my pharmacy for several years now and it’s the best. Coming from Walmart was a night and day difference. The staff is welcoming and the line is never long. Highly recommend using them for your prescriptions.
***Sept 2025*** I'M A REGULAR AT THIS STORE. This shopping was NOT MY PLEASURE. Had a cart full of groceries and my kid, AT NIGHT, started raining (downpour) and saw 3 associates with the umbrella rack. Asked by a young manager if I needed help...yes, 3 stars because I never ask for help with the groceries & what happened next that irked me. Everyone here is absolutely fabulous! Once your script is sent over, they fill it as quickly as possible. Personal shout out to Yalitza! She knows her regular customers on the phone and in person, and she is a great conversationalist. Publix, give everyone at this location a raise!
