Rude staff. My physician sent my refill prescription 2 weeks ago. Called to check several times since then no update. I even put in a request a second time with my current prescription # over a week ago. Automated system had no update. Called and finally spoke to a lady (Debra I think) and she says won't be in until Thursday as she'll have to order it.... but did see the request. Unclear as to why that didn't happen 2 weeks ago. I have used this pharmacy for years. Recently their technician Adriana has left alot to be desired. My past two visits she has been rude and she has had an attitude. I feel she could use some customer service classes and an attitude adjustment. She has made me consider switching pharmacies. It is very sad because the Pharmacists are usually nice and helpful.

I want to give a shout-out to the whole Publix Pharmacy Staff. Thank you for all you do. They treat you like your family or friend. Every time I come in they greet you on a first name basis. They are efficient and very eager to help and assist in any way they can. I am truly happy to come in every time. I recently moved to another city, but I still come to this pharmacy only because I know I will never receive this level of service anywhere else. Thank you so much Publix Pharmacy Staff!
