Update: I was correct there is a reason for the problem they’re undergoing construction. They don’t have enough employees doing it so they’re trying to manage having everything in storage and taking care of customers and it’s not going well. When I had to go in person, they were just as nice as ever so I would say it will be a great pharmacy again just don’t go in September. Shame on Publix for not providing enough support. I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but go to any other Publix pharmacy for the moment. I told him I was completely out of my blood pressure medication. Hesaid understood for four days, they me it was gonna be coming at 3 o’clock on the last day I said should I call another Publix? They said if it’s not there at three then yes call the other Publix. The other Publix had it filled in 20 minutes, as well as the other prescriptions, I was waiting to pick up, which is the type of service I’ve always gotten from Publ... read more
Rude staff. My physician sent my refill prescription 2 weeks ago. Called to check several times since then no update. I even put in a request a second time with my current prescription # over a week ago. Automated system had no update. Called and finally spoke to a lady (Debra I think) and she says won't be in until Thursday as she'll have to order it.... but did see the request. Unclear as to why that didn't happen 2 weeks ago. Now I'll be 2 days without taking meds I've been on for years. Asked why so long when it was subm... read more

I have used this pharmacy for years. Recently their technician Adriana has left alot to be desired. My past two visits she has been rude and she has had an attitude. I feel she could use some customer service classes and an attitude adjustment. She has made me consider switching pharmacies. It is very sad because the Pharmacists are usually nice and helpful.
