I come to this Publix all the time, and honestly, it’s a great store. It’s always clean and organized, the workers are nice, and most of them know me by now 😂. The food and produce are good, checkout is usually quick, and parking is easy. The bakery can be a little slow, but it’s not a huge deal. Prices are pretty average too. Overall, I’d give it a 9.6/10.
Wanted to give a big shoutout to Adam for helping me out. I’ve never seen someone from another pharmacy provide such excellent customer service.
I recently switched over from Walgreens, and it’s been such a refreshing change! The Publix Pharmacy staff in Odessa are amazing — kind, professional, and they actually listen. My prescriptions are filled in minutes with zero hassle, and everyone is so friendly and caring. A special thank-you to Terrissa for always being so kind and helpful — you truly make every visit a pleasant one! 💚
The Publix Pharmacy team is amazing! Terissa is always so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful—she goes above and beyond every time. The rest of the staff is just as wonderful—quick, professional, and always efficient. It’s such a relief to have a pharmacy that’s consistently friendly and reliable. Highly recommend!
