I can't give even one 2 star..Today I call and I have a very bad experience with the 2 ladies that work in the pharmacy...the first that talk by phone with me she was screaming to me and treat me without no respect..I have to tell her to put another person and the other one treat me bad too..wao...they have to learn how to treat customers...I'm very disappointed..There's over there a guy that it's the only one that treat very nice
When did the greatest Florida grocery store completely give up on seafood! All previous frozen poor quality non Fla. Seafood! People would buy it if it was fresh but they know it's poor quality. CEO TAKE A CHANCE! HAVE A BIG AD CAMPAIGN W FLA SEAFOOD! STOP COUNTING PENNIES.
They answer the phone, hang up or place you on hold for over a half hour.
Dec 31st prescription called in at 830, went at 1130 and said it would be 3 hrs and would text. Came back at 430 and another person said Fri and told what happen and she told them to fill now which took 5 mins.WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN!!!
I have been a customer of this Publix's pharmacy since its inception. The pharmacists and staff are exceptionally polite and I have recommended many people to the pharmacy. However, today I dealt with a pharmacist called Bobby. He was extremely disrespectful, especially to a senior which is unusual. He is definitely not a credit to Publix
