Meh. Hit or miss at this pharmacy. Sometimes they're competent, other times not so much. Never believe their "about 20 minutes" line when waiting for a medication.

Clean friendly and plenty of inventory
Staff is very nice and helpful but extremely bad at giving wait time estimates. At 10am I was told it'd be an hour; at 11:45 I was told it'd be 20 minutes; when I arrived at 12:40 I was told it'd be 10 minutes and I finally received my prescription at 1:25. Sat in the store for about 40 minutes which was frustrating on a work day but glad they were able to fill it for me today.
Connor was so helpful! My daughter has an ear infection causing her ear to bleed. They didn't have both drops she needed so he found it at another Publix and called for them to fill it. Thank you Publix pharmacy.
