He went above and beyond answered all my questions and made me feel like this pharmacy is good again as Ive had bad experiences in the past never with him. Ethan the pharmacy manager is rude and uncaring. I have used this pharmacy for 10 yrs with no issues. Then this guy decides that he doesn't need my doctor to make decisions on my care. He refused to fulfill my rx as written. So in order to have my meds for my chronic pain condition I agreed to a cut in my breakthrough meds. He cut them in half with no warning. They don’t receive orders and my doctor’s office knows you have to resend it several times. People who answer the phone are short and unhelpful. Going to switch to the CVS pharmacy across the street.
Very hard-working and efficient.
