The Manager should be working on Saturday and the Deli Manager should not be in charge of the store. The employees need better training and this store needs more control!!!! Mr. Jenkins would be appalled what happened to the old ways with customer service and employees getting trained!!!!!!
Very disappointed with my experience this afternoon. One of my medications wasn’t appearing on my prescription, and when the cashier called a senior pharmacist over, she was less than pleasant. She questioned me as if the medication did not exist and told me she never heard of it. Even after a brief explanation of the medication, she stated “Well if they sent anything that you needed to approve, we would have you do it already. But it’s not here. The pharmacist Shamir is one of the best very courteous and has always taken care of me to the best of his ability I would give this man a raise
They call &say my insurance has a question about my medicine. Not true. Then they call and text they have a question about my medicine. They call every month. I will tell my Doctor if there's a problem with medicine. May change pharmacy. They are very slow in filling medicine . I have been waiting 2 days to start my new medicine.
