Never have any issues at all with this pharmacy, everyone has been kind and caring. If a prescription isn’t ready they always explain why and exactly who I need to call, if it cannot be filled. Being on several things from several doctors is overwhelming ( and frustrating ) but they have always assist me and answer any questions. The staff has always been extremely personable and knowledgeable. Thank you for always making this one less stressful situation :) -N
This pharmacy is a joke. A few weeks ago my fiancé stopped to pick up her prescription around 2pm that was supposed to be ready the day before. When she got there they told her it wasn't ready and she asked if it could be ready by 4:30pm so I could pick it up on the way home from work to which they said it would be ready by then. When I went to pick it up at that time I was told it was still not ready and it would be 15 more minutes. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Tonight was the night that I decided I will never come to Publix Pharmacy in Richmond Hill again because of the pharmacy associate by the name of Megan. I feel the way she treats me is due to her being judgmental and her being prejudice towards me for the medication that I am having to take.
