I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 4 years now. They’re always fast to fill my prescriptions and so friendly.
I get my monthly meds at this pharmacy. Everyone I encountered at the pharmacy have been so nice except one person named Whitney. I dealt with her three times and every single time she was rude. First two times I figured she may be having a bad day but today, the same thing happened. After she grabbed my medication, she asked for my address. I started saying my address and she cut me off and said "Sign over there". I signed the signature pad, receipt printed and she gave me the meds without any eye contact. I looked at her e... read more

I’m considering suing this pharmacy for neglect. I take a very important medication and cannot miss a dose. I was told it would be ready on the 7th. I figured I could tolerate missing one dose. Well the 7th came and I had no self control from missing my medication. The day went by and no ready notifications. I called and was told they never ordered it and I have to wait a few days. I made it very clear how important this medication is and they could not have cared less. I was told “go to the hospital if you need it so bad.” ... read more
