Started using them maybe 5 years ago and were very good then. Now in the last year or so I can’t get a prescription filled correctly at all. This last one required 4 phone calls and 3 separate trips to the pharmacy to get this correct. The prescription was extremely simple nothing complicated in the slightest. Very unfortunate and will have to find new pharmacy.
I have been to this pharmacy several Times and I’ve been met with nothing but problems. They are not equipped to fill diabetes prescriptions. The young lady took a call while helping me, rolled her eyes at the lady in front of me and had no suggestion to help. They’ve fill 90 day scripts with 30 day scripts and charged for 90. They blame the customer first apologize last. They are awful!
I just had the weirdest / worst experience I've ever had at a pharmacy here related to a failed attempt to get my flu and covid vaccines. Last night, I booked an appointment for 12:20 today, and everything seemed to be working correctly with the automated process and I received an email confirmation. When I arrived today however they couldn't find my appointment.
