Being from Florida, I expect the same quality of customer service, and accuracy with important meds-when not taken daily and on schedule can send me to the Emergency Room. 1. Meds were never in stock 2. Meds were never ordered in time, even when my husband stopped by early to ensure my prescriptions would be ready. 3. Been with their pharmacy since 2020 they have given me THE HARDEST TIME for some medication I have NEVER had an issue and when I did it was always resolved. Their new panel of employees have no care in the world!!!! They did not want to do their job to make sure the medication was received they blamed it on my doctor for 2 months. Also made up lies as to “why” I couldn’t get the medicine that were not true! My doctor called several times and finally I got my medication. Definitely looking into switching. Every time I have gotten my prescription from this place, they never have it ready because no one does their job to fill the prescriptions. I have to wait 3 days just to pick it up when it’s supposed to be ready as I leave the hospital!!! Wouldn’t recommend getting prescriptions or anything from this pharmacy!!!!
I recently transferred my pharmaceutical needs to this Publix pharmacy from Walgreens. I am so glad I did! A lovely pharmacy technician, Vanessa greeted me with a smile and helped me. She remembered me when I came back later that day to pick up my medication and greeted me with that same smile again. I appreciated the hospitality, customer service, and professionalism of Vanessa and the pharmacist.
Huge thanks and appreciation to this Publix and the wonderful bakery staff. I ordered a cake by phone and shared with the baker our needs and they went above and beyond. It looked fabulous and was delicious! I’ve ordered here before and they ALWAYS come through. Thanks again team!!!!🩷
