They had no power yesterday and were in the process of throwing tons of food away due to the storm. But they were open and they were still smiling and happy. I love this publix!
I want to thank the employees of this particular Publix. In preparation for Hurricane Irma, they went above and beyond to keep the store stocked and check out lanes open. And then after Irma, even though their generator went out, they opened selling non perishable items until their generator could be replaced or fixed. I am glad this is my Publix!
I don't do this ever, but I've been to Publix pretty much every day this week preparing for the storm and it has been clean, organized, and the shelves have been fully stocked every morning! You name it they have it- water, bread, batteries, etc. The employees have been helpful and positive even after working endless hours. Thanks for your hard work. #FloridaStrong #Irma #publix
Huge rave for the bakery today!! I ordered a 40th birthday cake for my husband's surprise party today. My parents picked it up for me and when they arrived, I opened the back of their SUV and it fell out :( I called Publix to see if there was anyway they could make another one. The very nice lady said to bring it back and they would fix it. So in a hour...the bakery saved the day!! A beautiful cake for my hubby. Oh...and they wouldn't let my dad pay. Thank you so much!!!
