Excellent staff, has helped me out in emergency situations when I need medication for my kid. Linda is always very helpful.
Used this one since I moved to Marietta, and it was always,pretty good. Over the last few months though, the communication is really bad. In the app all you can see is a "last filled date," so if there's anything going on with the prescription itself, there is nothing neither automated that texts your nor do they reach out to let you know it will be delayed. I had some weird issues with my prescriptions, and while I appreciate the staff’s efforts to help me, there needs to be better communication regarding the wait times. I was told multiple times they were “working on it” and it would be “a couple of minutes,” which resulted in a 1.5 hour wait… I was visibly sick; some urgency would’ve been nice, but I know you have other orders to fulfill, so please just be honest about the wait times.
