I just called and talked to a man about filling my prescriptions and I just wanted to say how kind and quick he took care of my needs. I don’t know his name but I just wanted to give him a big shoutout to the old fashioned service I got. Thank you so much, it’s been along time to get that kind of service. He even said bye without just hanging up on me.
Called here today because my regular pharmacy was out of my particular generic medication. I literally called it out to the tech by the generic name which was confirmed to be in stock by the tech so they started the process of the transfer, I call back 2 hours later and now they dont have it in stock and never did? What sort of incompetence is that?Then there was no empathy or remorse for their own error. You're professionals and listening skills are key.
